Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06500, Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico (hereinafter "Trilovenmx" or "we"), is responsible for the processing of your personal data, in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.
This Privacy Policy aims to inform you about the processing of your personal data when collected, used, stored and/or transferred by Trilovenmx.
2. Personal Data We Collect
For the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, we may collect the following categories of personal data: identification data (full name, date of birth, nationality, marital status, CURP, RFC and address), contact data (email address, landline and/or mobile phone number), employment data (occupation, employer name, length of employment, monthly income when relevant to financial consulting), and financial data (information on current loans, credit history, bank statements, only when necessary for the requested service).
We do not collect sensitive personal data. Should it become necessary to collect such data in the future, your express written consent will be requested in accordance with applicable legislation.

Trilovenmx may transfer your personal data without your consent in cases provided by articles 36 and 37 of the LFPDPPP: to competent authorities in cases provided by applicable law; to government institutions for processing support and social benefits you have requested; and to service providers operating under confidentiality agreements with Trilovenmx.
Outside the cases mentioned above, Trilovenmx will not transfer your personal data without your prior written consent.

You have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify them if outdated or inaccurate, Cancel their processing when you consider they are not being used properly, and Oppose the use of your data for specific purposes. To exercise these rights, send a request to privacidad@trilovenmx.com including: your full name, a copy of valid official identification, and a description of the right you wish to exercise.
Trilovenmx will respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 business days from receipt.

Trilovenmx implements administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized access. These measures include: data encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, periodic staff training, and semi-annual security audits.
